Por t\u00e9rmino medio, la reducci\u00f3n del precio del billete para todos los tipos de usuario en las rutas europeas estudiadas es del 15%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concluimos que los pa\u00edses europeos tambi\u00e9n deber\u00edan eximir temporal o permanentemente a los operadores de trenes nocturnos del TAC para animar a los operadores ferroviarios a crear nuevas l\u00edneas. Esta exenci\u00f3n ser\u00eda especialmente bienvenida para permitir a los operadores ferroviarios adquirir o renovar material rodante para trenes nocturnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back-on-Track Europe y Transport &amp; Environment piden a los Estados miembros y a la UE que adopten las medidas vinculantes necesarias para aplicar esta reducci\u00f3n de precios y poner en marcha el mercado de trenes
