From Sweden comes the term “flygskam” (“flying shame”), to describe a trend to consider day or night train travel to avoid aviation emissions. In 2019 there were already fewer flights in Sweden than the European average. But while there is a good network of night trains for travel within Sweden, there is a lack of international connections where more air connections could be dispensed with. We want to change that – together with you.
