By using the website and entering personal data, you consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with this statement. In this case, we will obtain your consent to the disclosure beforehand.

Server log files

Your browser automatically transmits information to our website with every access: The version of your browser program, your operating system used, the (complete) IP address of your accessing device, the time of the request, the URL of the requested file or page, if applicable the page from which you reached us via a link (referrer URL) and the result of the request (HTTP status code). We store this data in so-called server log files. We are not able to assign this data to individuals without further ado. Usage analysis

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo enables us to evaluate user movements on back-on-track.eu in a privacy-friendly manner for the purpose of improving our services. Matomo does not set cookies on the user’s computer. The analysis is carried out with the help of pseudonymised IP addresses in combination with a server-side parameter. This so-called config_id is used by Matomo to group different actions in visits during a short window of up to 24 hours. Due to these requirements, visits and individual page views on our pages can be recorded, but conclusions about the identity of individual users are not possible. Personal data is not collected.

For this website, the collection of your page visits can be prevented by using the following opt-out option. Please note that when you activate this option, a technically necessary cookie is stored on your system which prevents Matomo from storing usage data. If you delete your cookies, the Matomo opt-out cookie will also be deleted. The opt-out must then be reactivated when you visit our site again.

You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.

You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read or changed by third parties during transmission.

Our forms do not forward security-relevant information like IBAN-numbers (e.g. in membership forms), these are diretly transmitted to our customer-relationship-mamagement (CRM) system.
