Poland has a good network of night trains, especially in summer. There is no Polish group yet, but there are several supporters in Poland. However, international connections could be better, especially to the west and – once Transbaltica is completed – also to the north. This would also need to be worked on, because with the improvement of the rail network, travel times will be reduced and the need for overnight rail connections in Poland will decrease. This can already be seen from the fact that PKP Intercity is only ordering day trains when renewing its rolling stock. For this reason and on the occasion of the Polish presidency of the EU Council in 2025, we want to expand our network to include a Polish group. Are you on board?
